BRITISH CRIMINAL COLD WAR GERM EXPERIMENTS 8/1/07

In the early1970s the English Channel was the busiest area for shipping
traffic in the world, and would often be used by various nations for testing
defence initiatives.
One night we had a senior British intelligence officer on
board who waited
until the wind was blowing toward the British coast, then got the lids off 3
large metal containers so the fine dust would be taken across to shore.
Suddenly excitement broke loose as we saw some strange
experimental craft,
these were very low in the water, camouflaged and fast and almost invisible
to the naked eye, but silent, we watched and about 10 in all went past some
distance away at speed.
From our own analysis we thought these were low troop
carriers where men
would crawl in and lay down side by side about 30-40 men to a craft.
The worry was this may be a Soviet exercise, but subsequently we were told it
was an E.E.C member country.
Using this as a diversion we rummaged the papers of the intelligence man,
who would spy on us and in turning the tables discovered that this was a
Porton Down chemical gas experiment, on its own people.
During the mid seventies, a London Tower block had its
basement and bottom
floor taken over by an innocent looking council storage depot, but
internally it was used to train operatives to avoid Soviet brain washing
techniques.
I was one of the first to officially undergo this
training. This was
accomplished by a large plastic soundproofed tank, which contained blood
temperature heavy thick saltwater. You
were put in a sensory deprivation suit, tied to the side, blood temperature air
was pumped into the top of the tank, so in the dark you
could not tell which part of you was in the water and what was not.
After some hours in the tank you would hallucinate and thoughts became
real. I remember struggling to touch
the side and my toe just made contact
with the plastic tank and I was hysterical with laughter. One guy was left
in too long and he lost his memory.
The point is that this same unit would discuss the releasing
of certain germ
warfare gases on the British underground, some during the day and some
during S.A.S hostage maneuvers at night.
The London Cage was designed to interrogate and torture
captured Germans
after the war, officially approx 3,500 were held here, many others
unofficially.
Leut. Alexander Scotland saw many men tortured to death and
used in Porton
Down germ warfare experiments.
Documentation of much of this and the
experiments on the public under cover of the "common cold
experiments" up
until the sixties, are now held in Soviet archives, assisted by the huge
numbers of British socialist sympathizers.
It was felt that of the many animal experiments carried out,
none was
predictive of how humans would cope with the various gas attacks.
Gas canisters were released in London, Essex and later in East Anglia in
Porton Down people experiments, to determine the spread of disease as a
weapon of war.
Much of this documentation contains the signature of Sir Richard Doll.
The numbers of soldiers developing gulf war sickness, which contaminates
their children and grandchildren to come, was denied by the very government
that
sent them into this war.
The real causes of illness like Morgellons disease, and the multiple
chemical sensitivity range of disorders lie here.
A splendid article in The Daily Mail of Dec 30 2006, blew
the lid on the
clusters of cancers that are 20% higher in East Anglia. This among other
conditions, such as bad coughs and strange chest infections from secret
clouds of toxic gas releases, are well known to doctors at the Kings Lynn
Hospital, who have also seen clusters of children born with ear complaints,
which they are told to put down to crop spraying chemicals in the area, and
chemical contaminants in the water supplies.
The Norwich hospital has as its chest specialist, Dr. Harrison, a
controversial figure with a highly superior attitude to patients who is said
by staff to be "in the know" about hospital research into spiralling
chest conditions in the area as well as
cancer, asthma and C.O.P.D and is said to conceal data.
Restricted documentation exists that suggest a possible link
with cot death
syndrome and house spraying with the pesticide organophosphate Methyl
Parathion,
which is said to bring on occasional infant respiratory arrest.
Between the years 1957 and 1964 the Daily Mail under newly
released
documentation, says over 100 secret experiments were carried out by
government on its own people. Most of
the tests were in heavy metal cadmium
distribution which is linked particularly to throat cancers.
The M.O.D of course dismisses the findings as no risk but then why if there
were no risk was it all done in secret ?
It is time now for some degree of transparency. We have just murdered
Saddham Hussein for gas attacks on his own people, with, by the way gas
supplied by us and hopefully some prosecutions will now follow in Britain
for the same crimes, but don't hold your breath, while doctors in hospitals
still cover up what is going on.

PESTICIDE SPRAYS - THE DANGERS 2/1/07

The Royal Commission on Environmental pollution,
says people who live near or visit fields sprayed with pesticides
need greater protection from exposure. The chairman of the government advisory
committee on pesticide sprays, says the evidence presented is inconclusive.
Clusters of cancers, leukaemia, neurological problems and
other conditions,
Ranging from M.E. to digestive disorders and depressive illnesses,
nut particularly the alleged dangers to the foetus in the womb, have been
well documented.
Analysis of restricted documents going back 30 years of
hospital files from
West Norfolk England, show clusters of children born with ear dysfunction,
after the use of heavy local crop spraying.
Hospital specialists say there is a link.
Tony Blair allows every person in Britain each year to
consume 15 lb in
weight of insecticides, chemicals, colourants and preservatives.
The decrease in all wildlife around all spray zones is said
to be connected,
to the loss of 40 species of bird and 70 types of rare invertebrates and
butterfly and of course the much loved dormouse.
Selective data released from animal based studies, such as
beagle dogs
smoking 350 cigarettes a day, and rabbits with their eyelids removed and
having shampoos and oven cleaners etc. continually squirted into their eyes,
are seen as unnecessary, unreliable and only done for the government grant
moneys.
Prof. Mary. Wolf has shown that pesticides running off into
the Florida lakes has
caused the alligator penis to diminish drastically in size and function, and
threatens the continuance of the wild salmon.
She claims a possible link
with pesticide exposure to oestrogen imbalance and breast cancers.
The widely read magazine, The Christian Families monthly, blames this in
part for the huge rise in homosexual male behaviour, and the largely
heterophobic agenda of the media.
But The Pesticide Safety directorate, refuse to disclose
their advice to
questions posed by DEFRA in 2003 and claim the dangers do not exist -
exactly as the government agencies did with denials over the B.S.E crisis,
lead paint on children's toys, M.M.R. jabs, mercury amalgam fillings,
fluoride in the drinking water, gulf war syndrome and now bird flu.
Under the new regulations this government behaviour can be
classed as a
"hate crime" on its own people. Studies after the Chernobyl disaster,
show wind blown contaminates caused world wide damage, and still are, and the
current knock on effect of the banned weaponry used by allied and particularly
Israeli forces in Muslim
countries has caused genetic human damage that will alter generations of
offspring.
Some experts claim that mad-cow disease was linked primarily
to
organophosphate poisoning, this includes data that many cows are now fed
chicken carcasses, droppings and straw.
They claim that organophosphates
weakened the bovine system,and junk feeding did the rest.
The dangers of sheep dip and its relation to organophosphate
poisoning and
chronic fatigue syndrome in farmers is well known but the rise in all
respiratory illness with asthma-like symptomatology are in part down to
pesticide sprays, waste incineration particles and to toxic petrol
and diesel fumes, when after studies in the 1970s, lead had to be
removed from motor fuels, as it accumulated highly in places like children's
playgrounds, and its knock on effect in entering drinking water supplies.
This data is confirmed and amplified by work done by Dr. Gerald Groenewold
at the University of North Dakota and funded by the U.S dept of health and
links pesticides with brain malfunction and multiple diseases.
We expected to see a rise in children's breathing responses but this rise was
only slight, so another cause was looked for.
Such things as Aspartame which is listed as having 92
registered side
effects, yet is still classed as "safe" and some of the unregistered
side
effects included problematic breathing.
Hexachlorocyclohexane, known
commercially as lindane, which is added to insect killing sprays and dermatic
body scrubs, has similar side effects, and this is one of the chemicals they
experimented
with for the G.M. food crops that will contain fish compounds, etc.
Porton Down the British chemical warfare base, lists
cessation of breathing,
as the quickest and most effective of all warfare initiatives, only the
closed Tel-Aviv files are more frightening and manufacturing lines are
being currently stepped up for the surprise attack on Iran.
Companies using chemicals, such as Proctor and Gamble, Dow,
Monsanto and
many others have banded together to secretly fund the
National Advisory Medical group. This
body pays doctors to rubbish articles
and claims of chemical damage to people, wild life and the environment, in
the way doctors used to protect the tobacco industry.
We are seeing an increasingly new phenomenon, M.C.S. -
Multiple Chemical
Sensitivy - where detergents, pesticides, solvents, pharmaceuticals and food
additives can produce an inability to live a natural life.
This allergy to vast ranges of manmade chemical additives, is threatening
our very survival, as the food chain absorbs more and more irreversible
toxins into our systems, threatening the planet itself.
The backlash to this has meant a return to the values and
spirituality of
the sky, seas and earth itself, and a determination to protect and care for
environmental concerns.
The results are that the public is screaming for a return to
real food with
natural manure and fertilisers, and away from aeroplane sprays that wind blown
contaminates can destroy life forms for many miles. Chemtrails deserve an article on their own for toxicity.
Many food allergies, genetic
difficulty, toxic compound build up and health
anomalies, and what is increasingly known as MAS, multiple allergy syndrome,
is caused by consuming these man made poisons.

HARASSMENT OF
ALTERNATIVE THERAPISTS

The Royal Society and the Medical Research Council, are among twelve official bodies who have put together the signatures of 600 doctors who are opposing rules allowing homeopathy to make medical claims. The British government under pressure from the pharmaceuticals industry, is to tighten guidelines using the 1968 medicines act.
Leaflets recently sent to both doctors surgeries and retired medical workers in the U.S. to report anyone giving advice on diet, anatomical and other health problems without a medical licence, and to also urge prosecution for those who advise on emotional and psychological issues such as tarot readers, astrologers, etc, under the Psychiatry act.
Spiritual healers such as Reiki practitioners are especially criticized, and while agreeing much nonsense exists in the angels, hands on and telephone readings categories, such likes as a friend saw at a gay meeting where " bottom candling" was touted as a healing module.
So those without a recognized medical qualification will
soon be at risk of harassment.
The Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory products Agency, (MHRA), which is single minded in its allopathic based funding, staffing and motivation, has consistently ignored the fact that medical claims are regularly made by the pharmaceutical industries for allopathic drugs, of which 83 are listed as withdrawn in Vernon Colman's superb book," Betrayal of trust". Many drugs are now recognised killers and "U.S.A. Today," claims medical incompetence kills 30,000 Americans each year.
The recent news that Serevent based asthma sprays have killed more people than they have helped and F.D.A rules mean that compensation is payable only to U.S citizens, which is why many drugs are tested abroad, and in third world countries,
Where are the voices of the 600 doctors here?
Britain's Daily Mail of Dec.9 2006 highlighted the fact that
the leading cancer scientist Sir Richard Doll, had been skewing information
releases on cancer causing chemicals, and accepting huge payments in exchange
from among others, Monsanto, I.C.I and Dow chemicals. This intellectual
prostitution is widespread among doctors and scientists, individual members of
the Blairite administration have been named as among
secret chemical company shareholders.
In March of this year 6 men were hospitalised after a
botched drug trial in London which put their lives at risk. A
spokesman claimed that trials on animals had been
successful, though repeated studies show you cannot equate animal experiments
to human beings, and the 600 doctors are also silent here.
MEADOWS LAW
Britain's chief medical officer Sir Liam Donaldson, is to publish part of his
report on expert witness's appearing in court cases after the "Meadows
law" series of disasters,
where Sir Roy Meadows gave evidence that 2 babies from one family dying of cot
death by accident, was an amazing 73 million to one yet since Chief solicitor
Harriet Harman claimed that thousands of cases would have to be reviewed after
258 cases of mothers accused of killing their babies had the court rulings
overturned, after Meadows cases collapsed, as Sir Roy was said to have "
made it up".
Yet doctors nurses and specialist child / mother care workers, stood by as innocent parents were imprisoned under the obviously ridiculous "meadows law".
Where were the voices of the 600 doctors here?
The situation where medical experts and psychologists
consistently appear in court and give any testimony under the rainbow for large
payments, led a high court judge to say:
"he could buy better testimony from astrologers and tea cup readers".
The judge highlighted the whole host of recent psychologists reports which have mistakenly allowed out from prison a large range of psychopaths to kill and murder at random, this abuse is tolerated week after week, yet the 600 doctors of the medical establishment are more concerned with homoepathic health claims.
Major shareholders in the U.S based pharmaceuticals industries have warned for some time of pressure from the extremist evangelical right, and that all alternative and complementary therapies are unchristian, and must be banned, and stage 2 is the outlawing of all psychic type readings, under what is referred to as "evil mediumistic practices"
DRUG CARTEL ATTACKS ON ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE

Investigative reports by the Philadelphia Enquirer, have
revealed the
disturbing facts that most leading patient health groups have very close
multi million dollar links with the International drug cartels.
They name 6 bodies who received 29 million dollars including the Arthritis
foundation and the national gaucher foundation, this means these bodies
cannot be impartial, one wonders what was given in exchange?
All doctor's magazines are sent free, again paid for by the
advertisements
from the drug companies. Doctors can sell their soul by claiming a set fee of
£600 for a written endorsement for allopathic medication, which consists largely
of just
chemical tablets. General Practitioners
prescribe certain drugs, which benefit the
practitioner - not the patient, and there is a sliding scale of rewards from
the pharmaceutical companies for brand loyalty.
The British Medical Journal says allopathic medication
annually kills 5000
people in Britain, and costs the NHS £466 million a year, and the U.S.A. say
1 in 4 occupants of hospital beds are there from medical incompetence.
My objection is that the enormous power these multi
nationals have, and the
recent news leaked in Britain from disgruntled intelligence agents, tell of
New Labour government cabinet members taking huge bribes from the drug
cartels. This does not inspire
confidence.
These self interest groups constantly besmirch all the
complementary and
alternative therapies. The powerful
American Evangelical Alliance, support
and assist the drug companies in their aim to ban all alternative products.
Their claim is that they are "Anti-Christian".
Yet this same group claims it can cure gays,
by swimming with dolphins. Swimming
with dolphins is about as New Age as it gets.
Various antagonistic articles planted in the British press condemning
osteopathy, aromatherapy, acupuncture, astrology and particularly
homeopathy, by anonymous "science correspondents" or "staff medical
writer" show an underhand practice I saw perfected regularly by the K.G.B.
during the cold war.
This technique is used now each day with the fake "war
on terrorism".
This too is a war - a war on our human rights to choose our own treatments,
and after the ban on all alternative therapies, comes stage two,
the banning of what is referred to as "mediumistic practises" this is
everything from psychic readings, channelling, meditation, yoga and
spiritual healing.
While recognising there should be proper training and
certification to
practise for all those who do psychic readings, the public must be free to
make up its own mind free from the influences and propaganda of the
Christian extremists and multi-national drug companies.

DRUG FIRMS LOBBY TACTICS EXPOSED 28/12/06

Multinational drug companies have been bypassing the normal route for safety
testing and have been lobbying British New Labour ministers to accept expensive
new medicines for large scale use in N.H.S hospitals.
Several cabinet ministers have accepted various bribes usually in the form of shares, to act as spokesmen for the companies. The shift away from the largely discredited animal testing, is believed to be behind major decisions in policy change. Tony Blair has been a constant spokesman for increased penalties for animal cruelty demonstrators.
The hard left British Guardian newspaper claimed in its
28-9-06 edition that over the eight months from October to May this year, drug
firm executives met ministers to press for favourable decisions, and support
for their
products. The Guardian using the freedom of information act has seen
documents that the world's biggest company Pfizer warned the ministers that it
would take its business abroad, if decisions were not to their liking and six
companies had a special meeting to push their drugs for among other conditions,
Alzheimer's disease.
The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (N.I.C.E ) was set up to decide which drugs were cost effective for use in the N.H.S. and has made several decisions that the new drugs were not effective enough and very pricey and animal tests were, as always inconclusive.
The pharmaceutical industry reminded ministers that it is a
big employer in Britain. Its total investment in research and development
was £ 3.4 billion in 2004.
A Whitehall briefing note claims it is about a quarter of the U.K
total industry expenditure.
The Financial Times said in a recent editorial that within seven years Britain's entire manufacturing base will have gone abroad to cheaper third world countries and many medical centres have exported their paperwork and record sections to India.
Problems have been in the main with language difficulties
such as the mixing up of similar sounding drugs such as Serevent and Seroxat,
both drugs
with problem histories.
The agreed hospitalisation of doctor-induced illness is suggested in some studies as one in four and iatrogenic disorders may increase as more surgeries and hospitals go for the cost savings of keeping patient records abroad.
With the signs of a coming steep British jobs crisis, the present New Labour administration is still importing in huge numbers of refugees to compete for jobs and keep wages down and the drug firms are expected to move out of Britain over the next 4 years.
Documents prepared by civil servants for the Pfizer meeting revealed the wealth of the U.S based company in 2004 had a revenue of $52.5 billion which equates to a massive £28 billion.
Insiders claim that preliminary talks have taken place for a multinational drug company take over of the troubled N.H.S. - their claim is that they could do a better job.
Drug company persuasion at doctors surgeries level, with rewards for dispensing large amounts of certain drugs, showed that in the Britain of 2005, many doctors could push their annual wage up to an incredible quarter million pounds.
These firms have doctors, ministers and health bodies in their pockets and even the medical magazines are sent free to doctors because they parrot the drug company line.
The recent case of Dr. Jane Donegan British G.P
and immunisation expert, who advocated homeopathy for two mothers who resisted
calls to have the controversial M.M.R jabs given compulsorily to their
children, was censored
by the General Medical council and accused of " advocating junk
science" and she may yet lose her job.
Such is the power of the drug companies, and their war on complementary therapies, particularly the F.D.A attacks on vitamins and mineral supplements.
Stage two is the outlawing in what their documents refer to as "mediumistic type readings".
On another note, in Assam Northern India over the last 5 years, police estimate that 300 witch doctors have been murdered. Although inhabitants of the region have always preferred local doctoring procedures, police claim that the killings are due to dissatisfied customers. A witch spokesman said; "our medicines do not work when the planetary conditions are unfavourable". Many are suspicious that police disinterest may coincide with grants for shiny new police uniforms with drug company grants.
The magazine " Christian families" are to produce guidelines for which if any, alternative and complementary therapies are suitable for Christians.
SIR RICHARD DOLL - OBITUARY 28/12/06 by T. Stokes
Sir Richard the medical scientist's greatest contribution,
was his stand that Tobacco causes lung cancer.
The Army Serviceman's guide, published at the end of W.W.II, for
servicemen leaving the services with nerve or adjustment problems, recommended
"The tobacco habit to aid relaxation".
Strange how much doctors opinions have changed?
But Sir Richard was not what he seemed.
He consistently defended the
government position that the atom bomb tests did not harm the servicemen
present, many who were assembled to see it were stripped to the waist in
the sunshine and who were only told " turn round and do not look straight
at the blast".
The National Radiation Protection Board, of whom Sir Richard was the paid
mouthpiece, claimed that there was no connecting evidence in support of the
awful series of Cancers, Leukaemias, skin diseases, strange illness,
deformed child births, even down now to grandchildren etc., that have
plagued
these men after the radiation exposure.
Test results from Porton Down on radiation poisoning would
have been
available to Sir Richard, and accusations plagued him for years of his views
being for sale to the highest bidder..
I personally saw restricted documentation on Atomic
Radiation in the mid-70s
that confirm the dangers.
The U S New Zealand and Australian governments have all admitted
responsibility to these soldiers but the British government still lies to its
own people
who fought its war for it.
Sir Richard also took money to give expert advice that Agent Orange did no
harm to humans. He was also paid by the
chemical multinationals to say that
only liver cancer could result from plastic toxicity exposure.
Accusations that the multinational drug companies hindered
complementary
oncology studies were consistently denied by Sir Richard but he, a supposed
medical
expert and top scientist, could not be impartial. He secretly accepted money
from Monsanto, Dow chemicals, I.C.I and others, to promote their views.
It has been claimed that he gave conscience money from the chemical
companies to charities but doctors in Britain are increasingly recognized
as having got away for years with corrupt procedures, incompetence and
negligence, some general practitioners boosting their pay to a quarter of a
million pounds annually with drug firm kickbacks.
So much for the medical oath of "do no harm".

PAIN
THRESHOLD STUDIES ON ANIMALS AND BABIES

The British Medical journal in recently published research,
claimed again
that foetuses and new born babies feel no pain.
The research went on to say that pain is not recognised until 4 months of
age, when it is "learnt from the outside world" claimed Glasgow
University
psychologist Stuart Derbyshire.
Until recently operations and experiments carried out on babies were without
anaesthetic but the U.S is considering a law that would make it compulsory
to tell women that there is substantial evidence that a foetus older than 22
weeks does feel the pain and distress of an abortion.
But this "research" comes up periodically and is a "red
herring" because
it is part of a larger study to claim animals also feel no pain when
experimented on.
Prof. Colin Blakemore a British neurobiologist from the
Medical Research
Council, is backed up and financed by the multi-national drug cartels to use
primates
(the Ape family) for experimentation purposes.
The American Medical Assoc. (A.M.A) was found guilty in 1987 of
conspiracy against Chiropractors and was fined $ 2 million, this was a test
case to highlight the general war against alternative therapies. The Flexner
report claimed that any discipline that did not use chemical drugs for
patient cure, was suggestive of quackery and charlatanism, the thrust was
to stop cheap natural cures.
No one really believes babies and animals feel no pain. The hypothesis is
ludicrous and they are backed by pressure from the influential pro-hunting
lobby.
Phyllis Bowman of the right to life says, "a foetus
definitely has the
neurological structure to feel pain before 10 weeks of age".
This shows the moral bankruptcy of the whole medical
experimentation agenda,
and is being opposed more and more as people become spiritually aware.
DISCREDITING OF PARANORMAL SCEPTICS 28/12/06

Scientists claiming to have found evidence of life after
death and
telepathy, have been met with a storm of opposition at Britain's top science
event,
The British Association for the Advancement of Science.
But this is nothing new. Since Victorian times many scientists have explored this,
such as Sir William Crookes, Sir Oliver Lodge, Frederich
W.H. Myers and particularly
Prof. Robert Crookal whose 30 year study resulted in the landmark book,
"Events on the threshold of the Afterlife", which still frightens
sceptics.
Prof. Ian Stevenson, " Studies in reincarnation" along with J.B.
Rhine, Dr.
Carlis Osis, Dr Wambach, Dr Glenn Williston, G. N. M. Tyrrell, Dr. Carl
Wickland, Arthur Findlay and Dr.Elizabeth Kubler Ross, have among others
all published their research proving aspects of the paranormal.
There has been so many independent published accounts of death bed studies,
that dismissal is no longer an option but I have been on the panels of psychic
studies tests and they are open to differing opinions and results as some
things do not lend themselves to laboratory duplication. Though as continual surveys of the public
show, these things are accepted by them, as genuine.
The Church of England, the Catholic Church, the Church of
Jesus Christ
Latter Day Saints have all accepted the infrastructure of psychic realities.
In fact all religion is paranormally based.
The Old Testament is based on
such things as, necromancy, astrology, palmistry and gematria, that is an
essential part of every Jews belief system.
Yet such Jews as Sir. Robert
Winston are typical of wearing two hats, believing in their private life,
while loudly decrying such things in public.
It is this dishonesty that underlies the funding of
paranormal study, where
these people accept funding to reach certain pre-arranged conclusions. It is
well known that an extremist religious sect funds anti-astrology
studies and much anti-alternative medicine studies are paid for in advance
by multi national drug companies. Even
the meat marketing board indulge in
underhand propaganda.
Such like people as Richard Wiseman are not parapsychologists. They are
professional sceptics. The one single
rule is "an open mind" but that is not
an option with the dishonesty we see with them.
Would we tolerate a medical doctor or lecturer, who did not believe in
medicine? Or a lecturer in child care
who was an abuser? To be a non-believer in a subject while lecturing on it is
dishonest in the extreme.
While in total agreement that much "psychic"
fakery does occur and I have
over the years demonstrated many times how frauds and cold readers work -
such things as psychic phone lines particularly come in for much criticism -
we must also look impartially at all the previous studies and their data.
The legal expert Victor Zammit has had a standing offer to all these
sceptical scientists that if they give proof that the paranormal does not
exist, they can claim one million pounds sterling.
James Randi who recently won a laughably expensive court
case against Uri
Geller, over alleged fakery, has constantly avoided any discussion on the
challenge or topic. He is also very
anti alternative medicine and has been
shown to bend statistics to disprove both alternative medicine and psychic
ability. No such things as open minds
here!
The current view held by some psychologists present at the
conference that
the paranormal does not exist, runs contrary to the beliefs of the founders
of Psychology, Freud, Jung, Adler and Eysenck.
When so called experts cannot agree and argue as children,
is it any wonder
that 60% of modern school children reject science as not longer relevant.
Maybe the public should make up their own mind.

PYCHICS VERSUS PSYCHOLOGISTS 16/1/07

We owe a debt of thanks to the honesty of one of Britain's top magazine
agony aunts, Virginia Ironside, for her recent exposure of the fraudulence
that often accompanies psychology practices.
Virginia suffered with long term stress and depression. She tells us that
over many years not one counsellor or psychologist could help her. It is a
well known fact that people dealing with others’ problems often suffer from
spasmodic depressive illnesses.
So although we all realise this, for her as an insider in the profession to
admit that much of psychology is fake, showed courage and honesty well above
the norm.
Complaints about psychology, are more than equalled by the large number of
complaints in my weekly postbag, about fake psychics, particularly postal
and email psychic spammers, who use various ruses such as the "remove a
curse scam" or the "let me bless your purse" thefts and
repetitive general nonsense type readings.
Its not just the old and uneducated either.
A guy dressed as a black witch
doctor was arrested outside a London College for telling young women
students that it would help their studies if he rolled an egg over their
naked bodies to "Absorb the bad vibes".
Apparently 11 women admitted to being tricked in this way.
We in the West take the various predictive disciplines with
a pinch of salt,
yet the vast communities here in Britain from the Indo/Pakistan subcontinent,
take these things much more seriously, even visiting astrologers and
palmists before making choices on marriage partners.
The internet has made household names of several top holistic practitioners,
who are contacted for advice from all over the world. In fact I am better
known in the east than my own country of Britain and here is a big dilemma.
Many of the Asian women who have been insulated by their culture, in their
growing up years when suddenly thrust into the wide world, have no real
experience of men and can come unstuck in ways that are rarely seen with
British women.
For instance, one intelligent woman in her thirties, with no
experience of
men, fell victim to a London Medium who tricked her out of her £30,000 dowry
money.
This is not the only complaint about this man, yet he is still practising in
London churches.
Another common plight is the young woman who decides she
does not want to be
forced into an unwelcome marriage. Now
because of my studies in the Hindu
and Muslim philosophies and cultures, I am consulted very frequently in
these matters and I have been powerless to stop tragedies seen on the
horizon in many Asian families.
These large numbers of young women who feel neither Indian
nor British but a
mixture of both cultures, are in a dangerous limbo world, where neither
psychologists nor paranormal counselors seem able to reach, remedy or
rectify their internal needs without treading on cultural toes.
