Constantine Hering
was a German Homeopath who emigrated to the U.S. in the 1830's. He observed
that healing occurs in a consistent pattern. He described this pattern in the
form of three basic laws which homeopaths can use to recognize that healing is
occurring. This pattern has been recognized by acupuncturists for hundreds of
years and is also used by practitioners of herbalism and other healing

NZ Health Trust update
The Australian TGA is trying very hard to shut
down the NZ Health industry by means of creating a Joint Trans Tasman Alliance
JTTA ,which has recently morphed into the Australia New Zealand Therapeutic
Products Authority (ANZTPA). This will make it much harder for NZ small health
business operators and is skewed toward the bigger industry players who can
afford the high regulatory requirements of the TGA. This is another reason for
the high cost of health supplements. In the long run this ANZTPA will bring us
into line with world regulatory bodies like Codex which is moving towards
banning, restricting access and reducing levels of nutrients available to the
consumer.

into a crisis of confidence about the future that is not warranted. After all,
18 countries, some by referendum, have taken all steps to ratify the treaty and
of the rest, a significant majority could do so tomorrow without
difficulty.” Sutherland’s message was clear: a new, shorter
constitution must be proposed and ratified without the voters.
